Power Integrations
The ISO5125I is a single-channel, isolated DC/DC converter for 3.3 kV, 4.5 kV and 6.5 kV IGBT drivers. An output power of 5W enables switching frequencies of up to 5 kHz for 6.5 kV / 750 A IGBTs. The ISO5125I complements Power Integrations' 1SP0335 and 1SP0340 SCALE-2 high-voltage IGBT drivers.
ISO5125I DC/DC converters are offered with various isolation voltages to cover the complete range of 3.3 kV to 6.5 kV IGBT applications from 2-level to multi-level topologies.
Other features include: a wide creepage distance of 60mm; an extremely low coupling capacitance of 4pF; an extremely reliable circuit design; rugged packaging for simple and vibration-proof mounting.
